After the recording, Miguel shared his thoughts about the day, as he revealed, "It was really wonderful". He also commented about his upcoming debut, saying, "I am very honored."

Miguel's album will be dedicated towards the purpose of "cheering up Japan after the earthquake". It will contain a total of 10 songs including "Shoshu-riki no Uta", "Tsubasa wo Kudasai", and "Ihoujin"; all the songs will be sung in Japanese.

When asked for his thoughts on the disaster-stricken areas from the Tohoku Earthquake, Miguel stated, "I think I was able to give them courage with my singing."
