The winner of supercell's guest vocalist audition, which began in May, has just been announced. 15 year-old Koeda from Fukuoka will be serving as the band's new vocalist!

Aside from composing, ryo also works as a designer and illustrator, in addition to being the founder of supercell. Without having a particular vocalist join as a member, supercell's first album "supercell" featured Hatsune Miku, and the second album "Today Is A Beautiful Day" welcomed nagi as the guest vocalist.

This time, 15 year-old Koeda was selected, standing out amidst the 2,000 participants who took part in the audition. Koeda said enthusiastically, "Today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, and after that, I always want to express the feelings in my heart along with various sounds."

Moreover, supercell's new song, "My Dearest", will be the opening theme for new anime "Guilty Crown" beginning in October. A new trailer featuring the new song is now available on the official site for Guilty Crown.
