On September 25th, singer Tanimura Nana threw a pitch during the Hanshin vs. Giants game at Koshien Stadium.

Tanimura appeared on the field in a T-shirt and ripped shorts, showing off her bare thighs. She commented, "I finished my look with sneakers," and smiled as she said, "I was very nervous, but I was relieved when the ball reached [the plate]." Tanimura, who grew up in Osaka, was asked which Hanshin player was her favorite. She answered, "Manager Mayumi. Anyhow, I want them to play the game passionately."

The game was sponsored by America's suspense drama, "THE EVENT". As a huge fan of the drama, Tanimura expressed, "I watched it non-stop til episode 8. Everyday, I'm curious to see what will happen next." The DVD for the drama will be released on November 23rd.
