On October 29th, AKB48 held a release commemoration handshaking event for their single, �Flying Get� at Aji no Moto Stadium in Tokyo. In addition to this exciting event, the members of AKB48 also announced the title and coupling songs for their 24th single which features 16 Senbatsu members chosen from their �24th Single Senbatsu Janken Tournament�.

This upcoming single has been announced as �Ue Kara Mariko (Mariko From the Top)�. As the name suggests, the title is derived from the recent Janken Tournament winner, Shinoda Mariko.

This single will be released in four editions: Type-A, Type-K, Type-B, and a Theater Edition. All of the editions of this CD will include their coupling song, �Noel no Yoru� and Type-A will include an additional song titled, �Rinjin wa Kizutsukanai (Team A)�, Type-K with �Zerosum Taiyou (Team K)�, Type-B with �Yobisute Fantasy (Team B)�, and Theater Edition with �Hashire! Penguin (Team 4)�.

With her name contained in the 24th single title, Shinoda expressed her happiness through her Twitter with, �Janken Tournament�s new single title has now been announced! The title is� �Ue Kara Mariko�. My name�is included!�

There have been mixed responses from various AKB48 fans, anywhere from comments such as, �What kind of title is that?� to �Judging from the title, this is going to be amazing...� but their fans will have to wait until December 7th to truly cast judgment, which is the release date of this single.
