Actor Matsuzaka Tori held a fan event, titled 'Tori Michi 2011', on October 16th, the day before his 23rd birthday.

Fans surprised the actor by singing "Happy Birthday" in unison. �Matsuzaka expressed, "It's been about 3 years since the audition for 'Samurai Sentai Shinkenger'. Thank you very much for supporting me."

During the event, Matsuzaka's family made a surprise appearance on video. Seeing this, Matsuzaka said, "I had no idea they were doing something like this. I feel they would appear on a variety show on their own, so I will strictly warn them."

Matsuzaka will star in the upcoming drama, "Kaito Royale", and will release his second photo book, "TAO", on October 25th.
