On October 19th, MAY'S announced that they will cancel all their activities for the rest of the year because vocalist Katagiri Maiko's throat is in poor condition.
Reportedly, Katagiri has been complaining of her poor condition since this summer, and after a checkup, she was discovered to have� a vocal cord nodule that's been affecting her voice. Consequently, she will need to have an operation�immediately.
MAY'S commented, "We hope to show everybody a new and refreshed MAY'S when we make a comeback."
