Former THE YELLOW MONKEY vocalist Yoshii Kazuya and comedian trio Dacho Club has formed a new unit called "masa-yume". �They recently held a press conference in Tokyo, where they announced that they will be releasing their debut single, "masa-yume" on November 16th.

Yoshii explained his reason for approaching Dacho Club stating, "Last Christmas, I had a dream to create a band with Dacho-san, who I was a fan of." �The last time Dacho Club released a CD was back in 1995 with "Ganbare! Einstein". For their new single, the trio pushed the jokes aside and challenged themselves with a rock tune.

Dacho Club member Ueshima Ryuhei boldly declared "We are aiming for New Year's Eve!", showing his eagerness to participate in this year's Kohaku Uta Gassen.
