On November 23rd, actress Ichiro Maki (46) made an appearance at a press conference for her stage play �Onnatachi no Chuushingura� at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Shinjuku, Tokyo.� The play will be shown at the Meijiza Theater in Tokyo between January 2nd and January 28th of next year.

Ichiro, who divorced her husband, actor Uchino Masaaki (43) back in August, plays the role of the blind Tsune.� Takahashi Keiko (56), who plays the role of Youzenin in the play, answered �No one.� when asked by the press about whether or not there was anyone she wanted revenge on, and then said in character �I want revenge.�� She laughed as she said �(If these words) helps with the play�s publicity, please use them.�

Takashima Reiko (47), who has appeared in the stage play 3 times, will play the role of the main character, �Ooishi Riku.� Saikou Tekihiko (64) will play the wife of Ooishi Kuranosuke.
