On November 11th, singer, Matsutoya Yumi (57) finished her nation-wide tour "Matsutoya Yumi Concert Tour 2011 Road Show" at the Sendai Sun Plaza, in Miyagi prefecture. Matsutoya performed 24 songs, and for the encore, she sang the charity version of "Haru yo Koi".

The tour was held for 7 months (40 locations, 73 stages) and pulled in an audience of over 173,000 people. Itstarted at Yokosuka Art Theatre back in April, and the Sendai live was first planned to be held in April.

The April concert was canceled due to the effect of the Tohoku earthquake. However, because of Matsutoya's strong desire to hold a live concert in Sendai, once the restoration of the venue was complete, the tour was able to end in Sendai as originally planned.

Matsutoya's charity project song "(Minna no) Haru yo Koi" which is a newly recorded version of "Haru yo Koi"(released in October 1994) , combines her vocals with a chorus of 2000 people all around the world.

The song is currently distributing world wide. It was also announced that another version of "Haru yo Koi" which adds the chorus of the 4,000 audience members from this Sendai performances, will begin distributing on the 30th.

All the profit from the song(s) will be donated to reconstruction efforts in the disaster area.
