AKB48 will be releasing a sequel to their hit documentary which will be titled �DOCUMENTARY of AKB48 Show must go on Shoujo-tachi wa Kizutsuki Nagara, Yume wo Miru�. The first documentary focused on the girls� start, but this one will specifically be focusing on the heartache and success the girls went through in 2011.
The documentary won�t be a news segment, but will be behind-the-scenes footage of AKB48. It will show the light and darkness for AKB48 as they go back throughout the year: illnesses, concerts, the Great Tohoku Earthquake relief effort, AKB48�s General Election; fans can experience it all with AKB48. In addition to the behind-the-scenes footage there will also be heated interviews with the members as they look back.
The movie will be in theaters January 27, 2012.
