On December 15th, AKB48's Oshima Yuko attended a countdown event for the upcoming Square Enix game, "Final Fantasy XIII-2" at the Bic Camera Yurakucho.

Wearing her personally designed costume, Oshima commented, "The female characters in FF are exposed, but they're strong. That's the kind of outfit that I wanted to make. I'm satisfied with the outcome."

The 'Final Fantasy' series is a popular RPG that has over sold over 100 million units worldwide. This new game is the sequel to "Final Fantasy XIII", which was released back in 2009. It's available for PS3 and Xbox for 7,980 yen (approximately $102 USD).

Singer-songwriter Fukui Mai also attended the countdown event, where she sang the game's theme song, "Yakusoku no Basho".
