A giant poster of AKB48's upcoming single, "Ue Kara Mariko", now graces JR Shibuya Station.

Thus far, the space above the stairs of JR Shibuya Station has never been used for advertisement. Since the song title translates to 'Mariko from the Top', Mariko literally watches over the pedestrians who climb up and down the stairs from the top.

The giant "Ue Kara Mariko" poster is located in JR Shibuya Station from December 5th until the 14th. Meanwhile, the single is slated for release on December 7th.
