It's been revealed that singer/voice actress Mizuki Nana will be providing the theme song for the upcoming drama, "Switch Girl!!".

Since it'll be her first time singing a song for a drama, Mizuki mused, "Since the drama is based on a manga, it was easy for me to relate to it as a voice actress. I was able to have fun while creating the song. With the theme song and narration, I want to liven up the fascinating drama together."

While focusing on her activities as a voice actress, Mizuki has provided numerous theme songs for animes like "Mahou Shoujo Ririkaru Nanoha". She is also a popular singer who has appeared at the Kohaku Uta Gassen three years in a row.

Fuji TV explained their decision behind choosing Mizuki, saying, "We wanted to invite 'Nana-sama', a brilliant voice actress and singer, into the drama world. Mizuki-san is popular overseas, and in France, 'Switch Girl!!' has topped the shoujo manga sales for the first half of the year. If possible, we want to bring this drama overseas."

"Switch Girl!!" was created by Aida Natsumi, and is currently being serialized in the manga magazine, "Margaret". The story revolves around 'Tamiya Nika', a charismatic gal who becomes a totally different person at home. Nika has always been able to freely switch on and off; however, her hidden 'off mode' is discovered by a transfer student. The protagonist will be played by popular "Seventeen Magazine" model, Nishiuchi Mariya.

The drama will air on Fuji TV TWO every Saturday nights starting December 24th.
