On February 13th, AKB48 gave away free �AKB48 �Baby Blossom� Original Picks" at JR Shinjuku Station (North) as a commemoration event for the release of their latest single, �GIVE ME FIVE!� The guitar picks could be taken by peeling them off the large poster at the station.

The marketing stunt was targeted for JR commuters, and were designed to match the exact guitar picks used by the band, Baby Blossom (Maeda Atsuko, Kashiwagi Yuki, Oshima Yuko, and Takahashi Minami).

There were 5,000 picks made available, and all were taken within the hour. The poster will remain in the station until the 19th.
