Today it was made public that the main cast of the upcoming movie �Ouran High School Host Club� is going to make a special appearance in the currently airing drama �Shirato Osamu no Jikenbo� (TBS), starring Chiba Yudai.

In July of 2011, before the upcoming live-action movie adaptation of 'Ouran High School Host Club', TBS broadcast a live-action drama with the same cast. It aired in the same time slot as 'Shirato Osamu no Jikenbo' is airing now and featured young actor Chiba as well.

Their guest appearance is going to happen during the eight episode, when Shirato Osamu (Chiba) is running into Haruhi (Kawaguchi Haruna), Tamaki (Yamamoto Yusuke), and the rest from the Ouran Host Club on the street. They call out to Shirato, "Huh? Honey-senpai (Chiba's role in the other drama)?" He's confused and replies, "No, you must be mistaken. I'm Shirato Osamu". For more we'll have to wait for the episode to air on March 16th.

In the scene Chiba's outfit definitely looks like Shirato Osamu as we've gotten to know him so far, but he's also holding Honey-senpai's trademark plush rabbit 'Usa-chan' in his hands, which triggered the confusion.

Chiba commented, "At first it was a strange moment, but as soon as I held 'Usa-chan' again my arm remembered the old feeling."

Meanwhile the 'Ouran High School Host Club' cast continued to tease Chiba: "You aren't wearing his clothes, but the image of Honey-senpai is still strong" (Kawaguchi); "We can only see Honey-senpai" (Takagi Shinpei & Manpei); "Isn't the only difference your hair color?" (Nakamura Masaya); and "It wasn't that strange of a moment, since the characters of Honey-senpai and Shirato Osamu are pretty similar" (Yamamoto).
