On March 17th, child actress Ashida Mana (7) attended the �28th Asakusa Entertainment Award� held in Asakusa Public Hall in Tokyo. �She was given a rookie award during this event. Approximately 1,000 people attended to witness this ceremony.
Appearing on the stage in a darling white dress with a giant red bow, Ashida revealed her love for acting and school with, �I love my work and studying, so it�s not difficult for me.� She answered various questions and also cracked an inside joke for the locals by stating that she has visited Sensoji (a famous temple in Asakusa) for her job.
In addition, she even performed three songs after the awards ceremony, including her hit song, �Maru-Maru-Mori-Mori!�. �After her mini live, she received warm applause from the audience.
