Singer Go Hiromi (56) has announced his marriage to former talento and office worker Tokutake Rina (32).

Through a fax to the media and his official blog, Go wrote, "Thank you for always supporting me." He continued by reporting, "Today (March 31st), I registered my marriage with a non-celebrity woman."

Tokutake is 24 years younger than Go, and is said to resemble actress Kuriyama Chiaki. Her father played professional baseball for the Kokutetsu Swallows and Chunichi Dragons, and was also a coach for the Lotte Orions.

During her days in junior college, Tokutake set foot in the entertainment industry being influenced by the late Natsume Masako. For a year, she was active in dramas, movies, and gravia in weekly magazines.

The two met in summer of 2010 through a mutual acquaintance, and immediately started dating. Last November, there were reports of the couple on a date at Tokyo Disney Sea Park, and Tokutake was also seen attending Go's concerts in the countryside.

Go introduced Tokutake saying, "My parents really like her." He also revealed his decision on marrying her saying,�"Above all, what puts me at ease is that she thinks about my parents before me, and is very attentive."

According to sources, Go and Tokutake aren't living together yet, but she plans to move into his apartment right after marriage. Tokotake is not pregnant at the time, and they have no plans to hold a wedding ceremony or reception.

To his fans, Go expressed, "Even though I re-married, nothing will change as Go Hiromi. From now on, I will do my best as a man to bring forth a better stage for my fans, my family, and myself."
