We reported earlier that SKE48's Matsui Jurina has been hospitalized due to fatigue and overwork. Regarding her condition, producer Akimoto Yasushi explained, "It's anemia and overwork, so it seems she will be discharged if she gets a lot of sleep and nourishment for several days. But I asked to let her rest without haste for an indefinite period."

While overseas, Akimoto continued to receive many inquiries from fans concerning Matsui's condition. Upon returning to Japan, he updated his Google+ account saying, "Jurina is resting with her mom."

Akimoto also sent out a message to both fans and various related parties saying, "I am keeping in touch with both Jurina and Jurina mama, and I told them not to worry about work. So if there's a sudden change in schedule, I'm sorry."
