On March 31st and April 1st, SKE48's Matsui Jurina was absent from the group's handshake events at Intex Osaka due to her poor health.

The manager of SKE48 Theater commented on Matsui's condition through Twitter saying, "About Jurina's condition, we are having her get plenty of rest. When she hears loud sounds or loud voices, she starts to feel sick."

Through her official blog, Matsui explained, "I overdid it during February's performances and fell ill. Since then, I've been taking care of my physical condition, but I had so much fun during Saitama Super Arena that I overdid it again."

She continued, "I will regain my strength and will do my best again!"

Although Matsui's return has not been determined yet, a handshake event will be scheduled at a later date to make up for her absences.
