On June 5th, model Hasegawa Jun attended an event to present a new watch model she produced for Casio's watch brand, 'Baby-G'.

As this day also marked Hasegawa's 26th birthday, she was given a surprise birthday cake. The model exclaimed, "Cute! Thank you!", and shared that last September marked 10 years since she came to Japan from Hawaii. "I've grown to think a lot about Hawaii. It's an important place for me," she said.

'Baby-G' is a casual watch brand for women with the concept, "tough & cute". The special model was made with Hasegawa's concept, "Something you can wear everyday. Something that matches any outfit." It's a simple design with a dark grey color and matte surface. These watches will go on sale on June 30th for 17,325 yen (approximately $219 USD).

Hasegawa added an unique touch by inscribing the message "Love & Aloha" on the back of the watces. She explained, "If there is something Hawaii in this city that we desperately work hard in, I felt we could take a breath and relax."

During the event, a promotional video featuring Hasegawa was also televised. She smiled as she said, "Just by being in Hawaii, I get excited. When I return to Hawaii, I feel like I return to my old self, I return to the person I used to be before coming to Japan."
