On June 24th, actress Tanimura Mitsuki attended a commemoration event for the release of her newest photo book 'FAKE'.

Tanimura's new photo book went on sale on her 22nd birthday, June 18th, and surprisingly contains a lot of sexy shots of the actress. Despite having already portrayed a wide variety of roles in her long career since debuting as a child actress, she was always known for her pure image.

She explained, "This photo book helped me discover what kind of person I really am. When filming the drama 'Taburakashi', I realized that there's quite a gap between the image people have of me and the image I have of myself. This is why we decided to call this photo book 'FAKE'."

"There are many shots with me wearing just underwear or other revealing outfits, aren't there?" She commented about the many sexy shots with an embarrassed grin. "We took the pictures at fantastic locations with great atmosphere and I wasn't embarrassed at all during the shooting."

Some odd reporter asked whether a certain part of her body was 'fake' as well, but Tanimura just laughed surprised and replied, "They aren't!"

She continued, "I've always been working as an actress since I was a child. (Having turned 22) It feels like a time full of changes. Many of my friends are hunting for jobs right now. I don't think that I will change much, but I'd like to become a little bit more mature and broaden my horizons."

Tanimura was also asked about love, to which she replied, "I might not be craving for it as much as other people, but that doesn't mean that I don't want to fall in love. He should be someone who respects me."

'FAKE' is available on the bookshelves now.
