Pop duo Tohoshinki have announced a new single this summer titled "ANDROID" and a new DVD/Blu-ray, currently untitled. "ANDROID" will be released on July 11th and the DVD/Blu-ray on July 25th.

"ANDROID" is Tohoshinki's second single of 2012 and is a new dance tune. There will be three versions for the single; "CD+DVD" version, "CD only" version, and their official fan club "Big East" version. "CD+DVD" version will include a DVD with the "ANDROID" music video, while the Limited Edition will also include the off shoot movie. The limited edition for the "CD+DVD" version will also have 1 of 6 random jacket size cards.�The "CD only" version will have five tracks and will include a digital photo booklet in CD Extra format (can be viewed on PC). The limited edition for the "CD only" version will come with a 12-page booklet and a CD cover sized card, selected randomly from 1 of 6.

The new DVD/Blu-ray will be from the group's 'TOHOSHINKI LIVE TOUR 2012 ~TONE~' 2nd day on April 15th. The limited edition (DVD only) will have highlights from the Saitama Arena concert and backstage footage.
