On July 9th - nine years since making their official debut - Sukima Switch announced on their official website that they will be releasing a special self-cover best-of album titled "DOUBLES BEST" on August 22nd, and that beginning on October 26th, they will be embarking on a nationwide tour to celebrate their upcoming tenth anniversary.

Their first 'self-cover' best-of album will contain songs handpicked by the fans according to popular vote, and is the first part of their project leading up to their tenth anniversary on July 9th, 2013. "DOUBLES BEST" will contain their songs "Kanade", their break-out song, as well as eleven other tracks for a total of twelve different tunes by Sukima Switch. Fans can purchase the album in three different versions: limited edition A, which comes with three discs (Blu-spec CD, DVD containing recording documentary footage, and bonus CD); limited edition B, which comes with two discs (Blu-spec CD and bonus CD only); and a regular edition which comes with a CD.

To promote their special best-of album and celebrate their upcoming tenth anniversary, Sukima Switch plans to go on tour beginning on October 26th, titled "Sukimaswitch 10th Anniversary 2003-2013 Sukima Switch TOUR2012-2013 'DOUBLES ALL JAPAN'". A total of fifty-one performances in forty-seven locations are scheduled for the tour.
