Singer-songwriter Tortoise Matsumoto has revealed the details of his upcoming album!

Matsumoto's 3rd solo album will be titled "NEW FACE", and it's scheduled for a August 22nd release. This will mark his first album since releasing "My Way Highway" about 2 years ago.

The album will come with 2 discs for a total of 18 tracks. After it's release, Matsumoto will hold his annual concert, 'Clear Asahi Presents Utau! Tortoise Matsumoto Reppu', in his hometown Harima on August 25th. He's also scheduled to embark on a nationwide tour starting in November.
