Popular music group FUNKY MONKEY BABYS has announced that the jacket cover and music video (MV) for their new single will feature fitness instructor Billy Blanks, who took the world by storm with his series of �Billy�s Bootcamp� exercise videos. The single �LIFE IS A PARTY� is scheduled for release on August 29th. FUNKY MONKEY BABYS is known for featuring celebrities in their videos and jacket covers and Blanks will the 29th star and 1st overseas celebrity that the group will be working with. Blanks will be unveiling an energetic dance in this collaboration with FUNKY MONEY BABYS.

The new song is a catchy upbeat tune that fans can sing along and dance to. Mon-kichi extended an enthusiastic offer to Blanks that led to this collaboration. Mon-kichi remarked, �I am a huge fan of Billy-san even before he had his big break in Japan. I thought it would make a fun MV if he were to appear in it, so I asked.� The unique MV starts off with a TV shopping host introducing a DVD, and an exercise clip of Blanks is shown. A link is made between Blanks and FUNKY MONKEY BABYS, and in the end, everybody dances together.

During the shooting of the MV, 56-year-old Blanks overwhelmed everybody around him with his energy. Funky Kato and Mon-kichi were both surprised as they expressed, �He is a tougher guy than we imagined. While everybody was resting their bodies during the breaks between shoots, he was always moving,� �He was moving around the whole day. The amount of energy he has is unfathomable.� DJ Chemical, who�s enlisted in Blanks� bootcamp in the MV storyline, also commented, �I was just moving around a little and my thigh started cramping up.� Billy-san immediately gave me first-aid and put a compress on me. As one would expect, he�s a gentleman.�

At the same time, Blanks remarked, �It�s a great experience. Not only is it a memory of a lifetime, it�s also great conversation material. I�m much honored to be involved in the MV, I will never forget this.� He also had praises for the song as he remarked, �This song is a memorable and catchy tune and it�s easy for the body to move to. It�s a tune that gives you energy and helps you move easily and happily.�
