Actress Karina (28) is the campaign character for "Twinkle Races", which are evening and night racing events. She appeared at the Ohi racecourse for the "Twinkle Race Day Registration Certificate Award Ceremony" on July 31st.

"Twinkle Race Day" is a day that commemorates Japan's first night-racing event at the Ohi racecourse back in July 31, 1986 and is officially recognized by the Japan's Association of Anniversaries. Karina, who received a registration certificate on that day, expressed the appeal of night racing as she said, "It's been a while since I last came to Ohi racecourse in June. The horses are illuminated by the cocktail lights. It's lovely."
