To celebrate her 30th anniversary since debut, Koizumi Kyoko has announced that she will be releasing an original album titled "Koizumi Chansonnier" on October 24th.

The album's theme is "chansonnier", and it will summarize Koizumi's life patterns, feelings, flexibility, sorrow, and humor.�Umebayashi Taro, Curly Giraffe, Kawanabe Hiroshi (TOKYO No.1 SOUL SET), Kikuchi Naruyoshi, Konishi Yasuharu, Sakai Yu, Suzuki Masato, SOIL & "PIMP" SESSIONS, Nikaido Kazumi, Hamazaki Takashi, and BLACK VELVETS will lend a hand in creating Koizumi's chansonnier.

"Koizumi Chansonnier" will be available in both limited and regular editions. The limited edition will include "Kyon30 REMIX" as a bonus track, as well as a booklet that consists of Koizumi's photos from this summer.

In related news, Koizumi will kick off her 30th anniversary live tour, 'Kyoko Koizumi 30th Anniversary Tour 2012', on August 3rd at Billboard Live OSAKA. Fans will be able to pre-order "Koizumi Chansonnier" at the tour venues.
