In June, singer Matsushita Yuya announced through his official website he will be releasing a new single on August 29th titled "SEE YOU". At the time, the only information announced was the three different versions and that it is the opening theme song to Fuji TV anime "Natsuyuki Rendezvous".

Now, Yuya has released the covers and tracks on his official website. The limited edition will include a digipak containing a DVD with the title track PV and a flyer. The limited edition is an anime version of the single. It will include a digipak with an original illustration that contains a DVD with the anime opening theme, storyboard, and flyer. All three versions will have the same track listing.

"Natsuyuki Rendevous" has been described as a ballad song that will "make your heart jump".
