On August 14, actress Takahashi Yumiko (38) attended a public post-recording session for the American CG animation �The Garfield Show Season 2�.

This is Takahashi Yumiko's first time dubbing a foreign animation. She voices Dr. Liz Wilson, Garfield�s veterinarian and Jon�s girlfriend. She smiled as she said, �The reason (for me to voice act for this) may be because I sang the theme song �Cote d'Azur de Aimashou� 20 years ago (for its TV anime).�

She further commented, �I am�a hedonist, and 'Nikushoku-kei' (literary 'meat-eating girl' who is agressive towards men), just like a cat.� When asked about her ideal husband, she answered, �I think a non-celebrity would be great. It is because a�marriage�between two actors seems difficult.�
