Gravure idol Kamata Natsumi recently attended a PR event for her latest DVD 'Natsu Purin'.

It's already Kamata's 13th DVD release, but she has also been becoming more active in the world of acting. She recently appeared in the late-night drama 'Toranaide Kudasai!!' (TV Tokyo) and the NHK morning drama 'Umechan Sensei'.

She described her new DVD: "This time, the focus was on my rear. There are a lot of ero-kawaii (sexy, but cute) shots, especially that green bikini." She also explained that some of the bikinis were very tiny and more daring, which eventually lead to a couple of nice shots of her rear. There are also scenes of her taking off her bra, a bathtub scene with a beige bikini, and some cleavage shots here and there. Overall, she's showing her fans a sexy side that they definitely won't see in dramas. She said, "I really wanted to show that I've become an adult now."

Kamata turned 24 on August 19th. She commented, "I'd like to say that I'm an adult now, but that's the exact same thing I said last year. (laughs) Not much has changed, I guess." She also revealed her ambition, "I want to become an oriental beauty!"

It was already mentioned that, although it was only a minor role, she recently appeared in the popular morning drama 'Umechan Sensei'. She expressed, "I was very nervous. I wasn't able to talk with the starring actress Horikita Maki, but I was able to take a closer look at her during waiting time. We are of the same age, but she's so cute and so pretty. She seems like a quiet person, but at the same time, she's not afraid of properly voicing her own opinion. She was amazing."

The reporters asked whether she'd like to appear in a taiga drama next, and she answered, "Of course! I played a nurse in the morning drama, so I'd love to wear a kimono the next time!"
