On December 18th, singe-songwriter Narisoko Yuko, who is from Ishigaki island, Okinawa, started her first one-man live tour at "Haretara Sora ni Mame Maite" in Tokyo.
Narisoko performed a total of 16 tracks including the encore, mainly from her latest album "Pork Tamago" which she released on December 5th, all the while playing piano. She also performed her new song titled "Tsuki" for the first time. "Tsuki" is a love song which is rare for Narisoko, as Narisoko expresses herfeelingstoward her hometown and family in many of her songs. She explained, "'Tsuki' was a brand-new song. Now that I've become 37 years old, I thought it would be a good challenge for me to write about love."
Her tour will continue on in Nagoya (on the 21st) and in Osaka (on the 22nd).
Narisoko said that she is willing to sing some cover songs using her great singing skills, and revealed her goal, "I would love to hold a live concert at C.C.Lemon Hall (aka Shibuya Public Hall)."
