4-member girl band Silent Siren will be releasing their second single, "stella?", on February 20th. They will also be holding a live tour called 'Silent Siren LIVE TOUR 2013' in spring.

"stella?" has the theme "go on a journey to grab your dreams" and it's a support song for self-discovery. Member Su (Vo, G) commented, "There are times when I think that 'dreams' are 'stars'. Dreams are sparkling. Though it seems you can grasp them, you can't grasp them that easily. But if you don't give up, you'll be able to grab ahold of them. The people who support us are also like stars. By watching over us, they shine over us. That's why we want to keep shining. We also have dreams, so let's grab our dreams together!"

For their live tour, Silent Siren is scheduled to hold concerts at OSAKA MUSE, Nagoya APOLLO THEATER, and SHIBUYA-AX. Tickets will go on sale on March 16th and pre-reservations will start on January 11th.
