Director Riju Go and cast appear at pre-screening of 'Sayonara Debussy'

On January 21, pre-screening for the upcoming film “Sayonara Debussy” (opens January 26) which stars actress Hashimoto Ai (17), was held in Osaka. At the pre-screening event, director Riju Ko (50) and co-star / pianist Kiyozuka Shinya (30), as well as a singer Izumi Sayoko who sang the theme song, attended the stage greeting.
Riju spoke about the late director Oshima Nagisa, who praised a film he made when he was in high school, and revealed, “He was a great help. I will help with his funeral arrangements.” Kiyozuka, who served as the piano dubbing for Tamaki Hiroshi in “Nodame Cantible,” and for Matsuyama Kenichi in “Shindo,” and is known as “the classical music world’s prince,” takes on the challenge of acting for the first time in this film.
