Singer JOY appears at sales event for first album

On January 16, talent and singer JOY (27) appeared at a sales event for his first album “JOY COVERS” on the first floor plaza of Marui City Shibuya in Tokyo.

Although he made his singing debut in March 2012 through a digital song, this is his first CD release and he revealed 4 cover songs including Kiroro’s “Nagai Aida.” He happily stated, “Over the past, I saw events like this one in Shibuya and I was hoping to be able to make a singing debut someday.”

He revealed his wish to perform on Kohaku Uta Gassen as goal for the year with, “I will aim [to secure a place on the show] with all my efforts.” He talked that he was interested in golfing and said, “I would like to have a golfing combined party. I would definitely like a girlfriend.”
