On March 14, three-member band DEEN appeared at a sales event for their 20th anniversary best-of album DEENAGE MEMORY at Gate City Osaki in Tokyo.
They unveiled 4 songs in front of the 1000 people in attendance, including Hitomi Sorasanai de. In addition, female Gold medal winning wrestler Yoshida Saori (30), who appeared in their music video Kotoba de Tsutaetakute, also cheered them on. As the event was held on White Day, Yoshida was asked for some of her memories from White Day, I do not have any memories. Although I gave many people chocolate this year, only one person gave me chocolate back. I do not have anyone I'm in love with, but I would be happy to receive a return gift. I've been suffering consecutive defeatsin love. I can't do the same as I do in wrestling.
Finally, vocalist Ikemori Shuichi greeted fans with, We are grateful for fans who have continued to follow us. I believe we have made an album with (all of) you in mind. The group will perform at the Nippon Budokan on October 12 and 13.
