It's been reported that L'Arc~en~Ciel member tetsuya and wife Sakai Ayana has welcomed their second child, a baby girl. 

Sakai made the announcement on August 6 via her official blog. On her second delivery, she expressed, "It's like a dream. With each other's help, I hope to build a family that is full of smiles." 

tetsuya and Sakai married in 2007. Their first child, a son, was born in September of 2014. tetsuya will simultaneously release two singles "Make a Wish" and "Time goes on ~Awa no You ni~" under his solo name TETSUYA on September 7.
