Watanabe graduated from AKB48 in December after being in the group for 11 years. In her first post, she shared a cut from fashion magazine 'sweet' and said, "Nice to meet you! This is Watanabe Mayu. I will use this at my own pace."

In related news, Watanabe was selected to play the lead role in the musical 'Am�lie.' From May 18 to June 3, it will be shown at�The Galaxy Theatre in Tokyo, then from June 7 to 10 at�Morinomiya Piloti�Hall in Osaka.�
