AAA is scheduled to release their 36th single titled “PARTY IT UP” and a concept album “Ballad Collection“ simultaneously on March 13th.

The single is an upbeat dance tune, and will be released as 4 versions. Meanwhile, the concept album is comprised of ballad songs from AAA’s previous releases.

As announced previously, AAA is scheduled to release their 35th single titled “Miss you/Hohoemi no Saku Basho” on January 23rd.

The single will be their first single for 2013, and will come in a [CD+DVD] version, and [CD only] version. There will also be mu-mo shop limited editions A & B.

AAA will also be releasing a live DVD/Blu-ray titled “AAA TOUR 2012 -777- TRIPLE SEVEN” on the same day. You can check the details on the upcoming live DVD/Blu-ray on our previous post (here).

AAA will simultaneously release their 35th single (currently untitled) and a live DVD/Blu-ray “AAA TOUR 2012 -777- TRIPLE SEVEN“ on January 23rd.

The details on AAA’s first single of 2013 hasn’t been revealed at this time, but it’s known that it will be released in both limited and regular editions. Limited edition will come with a DVD containing the video clip and making footage for the title track.

Meanwhile, the live DVD/Blu-ray will feature the Yokohama Arena concert of AAA’s nationwide tour, ‘AAA TOUR 2012 -777- TRIPLE SEVEN‘. Both the DVD and Blu-ray will come with two discs. Along with live footage, it will include scenes of the members backstage.

Reportedly, the song is provided by a big-name artist, and it’s an inspirational song for those who are living every moment fully while being afflicted.

On August 23rd, AAA held a release event for their latest album, “777 ~TRIPLE SEVEN~“, at Lalaport Toyosu in Tokyo.

During this event, the group announced that they would be holding an event in Taiwan on October 5th. Ever since starring in a Taiwanese drama back in 2008, member Ito Chiaki has been longing to hold a concert in Taiwan. “I’m very happy to finally make it come true! I heard that we’ve been gaining fans in Taiwan, so I’m fired up,” she expressed.

Atae Shinjiro also commented, “The 7 of us all have an interest in concerts overseas. First, we will go to Asia and have many people listen to us. We want to become an artist that many people will come to look at.”

In association with the album’s title, AAA invited 777 people to the release event. The event featured a surprise fireworks show, and the members got to enjoy a summer night with their fans.

AAA has revealed the jacket covers for their upcoming album, “777-TRIPLE SEVEN-“!

“777-TRIPLE SEVEN-” is the group’s 7th original album, and it will be released to celebrate their 7th year anniversary. It will contain a total of 12 tracks including their hit singles “Charge&Go!“, “Sailing“, and “Still Love You“.

The album will come in 5 different versions: CD+2DVD Limited Edition, CD+Blu-ray Limited Edition, CD+DVD Regular Edition, CD-Only Regular Edition, and a mu-mo Shop Edition. The Limited Editions will feature a documentary of rehearsals from AAA’s nationwide tour and interviews with the members. For the bonus track, it will include “We Are!“, which is the theme song for the August 25th episode of ‘ONE PIECE Episode of Nami Koukaishi no Namida to Nakama no Kizuna‘.

On July 12th, it was revealed that Nishijima Takahiro of the group AAA will be challenging voice-acting for the very first time through the popular anime, “ONE PIECE“.

Nishijima – who is a self-professed fan of the series himself – participated enthusiastically in an open recording of the special episode “ONE PIECE Episode of Nami Koukaishi no Namida to Nakama no Kizuna” on the 12th. “I’d love to do it again,” he said of the experience.  This 2-hour special episode will be aired on August 25th, and AAA will be providing the theme song “We Are!” (Originally Kitadani Hiroshi’s song) which is the cover of the very first opening theme song of “ONE PIECE” anime.  AAA version of “We Are!” will also be included in the group’s upcoming new album (scheduled for a release on August 22nd) as a bonus track.

With just some days left for the release of their 33rd single “777 ~We can sing a song!~“, AAA has just announced that they will be releasing a new album the following month. Like the single, the album is titled “777 ~TRIPLE SEVEN~” and will release on August 22nd.

This album is the group’s seventh original album. It will include their upcoming single and “Charge & Go!” that was released in 2011, and four new songs, for a total of 12 tracks. Six of the tracks are tie-ins to a commercial or campaign song. “Charge & Go!” is the campaign song to ‘Weider in Jelly’. “Lights“, “SAILING“, “WISHES“, “Still Love You“, and “777 ~We can sing a song!~” are all theme songs to Ito Yokado commercials. It will surely be a great album to celebrate the group’s 7th anniversary year.

The album will come in four editions, and all copies of the album will include 1 of 8 random trading cards.

If you order the album from online websites or from Ito Yokado, Seven Net Shopping, Seven 11, TSUTAYA RECORDS Online, mu-mo, among others, you can receive a present, postcard, or poster.
