The OTODAMA ‘10 outdoor music festival on September 4th featured the last performance by rock group BEAT CRUSADERS, but the band had a bit of good news before they left the stage, as they announced their final album. Turns out they weren’t kidding when they said they would release more information on the album soon, as they announced the complete details of their “REST CRUSADERS” album that will come out on October 6th.
The new album was announced during their encore at the music festival, and they unveiled their song “Give It Up” along with other new tracks like “LET IT GO” and “Situation.” “REST CRUSADERS” will be a compilation of their past tracks, new ones, and single couplings that will equal 22 total songs. The limited edition of the album will feature their collaborations with YOUR SONG IS GOOD, Melon Kinenbi, and RYUKYUDISKO. It will also come with a special bonus disc with 19 more songs that will act as a tribute album to the band’s favorite artists.
Still not enough BEAT CRUSADERS? Need a little bit more before they break up? Well they certainly have the fans covered. Coming out on the same day as their final album, they will also release “LUST CRUSADERS -OTHER SIDE OF BEAT CRUSADERS-” which will be a very special album of their rare tracks from back when they were on their indie record label. It will be a split album that is part compilation of indie releases and part unreleased music from that time period. This album will feature an additional 26 tracks for fans to treasure.
