After releasing the short PV, KARA has released the full PV for their 8th Japanese single, “Bye Bye Happy Days“!

Unlike the title, the song is bright, cheery, and sounds happy. The visuals of the PV including the outfits and color scheme is a good fit for the Japanese market with cute dresses and pastel like colors.

“Bye Bye Happy Days!” will be released on March 27, in the mean time check out the cute PV below!

KARA has released a short PV for their 8th Japanese single, “Bye Bye Happy Days“!

Unlike what the title seems to suggest, the song is actually a bright, happy song, a perfect match for KARA’s cute image. Even though the music video doesn’t say if it is a short or the full PV, the fact that it fades off prematurely seems to hint that there will be a full version soon.

KARA will be making a return with their 8th single!

Though more details have yet to be revealed, “Bye Bye Happy Days!” is reported to be the A-side track on the single, and the coupling track is called “My Boy“. Ahead of its release on March 27th, all three versions of ‘Bye Bye Happy Days’ are currently taking up the top 3 spots on cdJapan’s real-time chart for pre-orders.

It looks like they’re going for a cute and lovely concept. What do you think?

The ladies of KARA have released the full PV for “Orion“.

“Orion” is the B-side track of their ‘Electric Boy‘ single. The song, included in their latest album ‘Girls Forever‘, was written and composed by Simon Isogai, who also created their Japanese songs “Winter Magic” and “Ima, Okuritai Arigato“.

In related news, the girls sold out tickets to their first concert in Tokyo Dome, ‘KARASIA 2013 Happy New Year in Tokyo Dome‘, in five minutes.

It’s been revealed that south Korean girl group KARA will be getting their first TV anime. The anime, tentatively titled ‘KARA THE ANIMATION‘, is scheduled to air next spring.

The characters will reflect the image and thoughts of each members, Gyuri, Seungyeon, Nicole, Hara, and Jiyoung. They will be voicing their own characters and will each get one episode, for a total of five episodes.

KARA will also be in charge of the theme song for the anime. More details on this will be announced during the Tokyo Dome concert of ‘KARASIA 2013 HAPPY NEW YEAR in TOKYO DOME‘ on January 6th.

KARA will be releasing their third Japanese album, ‘Girls Forever‘, next month!

The album includes their Japanese singles “Speed Up”, “Girl’s Power”, and their most recent release “Electric Boy” as well as updated versions of “Winter Magic” and “Jet Coaster Love”. ‘Girls Forever’ holds 10 tracks and 5 bonus tracks in all and comes in three editions: limited edition A (CD+DVD), B (CD+Photobook), and C (CD).

‘Girls Forever’ is scheduled to hit stores on November 14. In the meantime, check out the album jacket photos and track lists below!
