The EMI Music Japan label will be holding a large scale concert event at the Saitama Arena on November 6th to celebrate their 50th year in music.� The event, "EMI ROCKS," will have many of their popular artists including ACIDMAN, 9mm Parabellum Bullet, Straightener, HIFANA, Tokyo Jihen, Baseball Bear, and MIYAVI in celebration of the momentous occasion.

In addition to holding the concert, they will also have a special audition for the label called "REVOLUTION ROCK."� They will have an extensive panel of guest judges including photographers, journalists, film directors, and even Keiichi Suzuki from the Japanese rock band MOON RIDERS.� Applications are still being accepted for the audition.

Tickets will be available on the EMI website and are sure to sell quickly when they are released July 2nd to the general public.
