J-rock band, SOPHIA, showed up at Anime Expo and performed on the 3rd. �During the performance, Kamen rider made an appearance on stage. Kamen rider appeared on stage because SOPHIA vocalist, Matsuoka Mitsuru, makes an appearance in the upcoming movie, "Kamen rider W FOREVER A to Z/Unmei no gaia memory" (to be released on August 7th).

Matsuoka said, "Japanese Otaku culture is very precious. �I'm glad to join in Aneme Expo with the Hero of Japan."

SOPHIA stopped their live activities since April, because one of the members, Miyako Keiichi, is currently under-going cancer treatment.

Matsuoka told fans at Anime Expo, "The real SOPHIA has 5 members. �I want to take your power to Japan and give it to Miyako, we will be back as the real SOPHIA next year!"
