On 8/16, it was announced on several Japanese news sites that HIDE�s company, Headwax, is suing YOSHIKI for using images of HIDE without the companies consent.

Nekusuta Corporation (HIDE�s office and former X Japan production administration committee) notified Japan Music Agency (Yoshiki�s agency) that they would be asking for 300,000,00 yen. On 8/17, it was reported that Headwax is asking for 2,000,000,000 yen from Japan Music Agency.

For the X Japan stadium live that happened on the 14th and 15th, they actually worked with Headwax and made arrangements in tickets sales, but that relationship seems to have gone sour.

Yoshiki has commented that he�s unsure why [Headwax] is doing this, and that he �will settle everything himself�. He also commented, �It saddens me that something like has happened [to HIDE�s name]. It doesn�t matter if images were used, we both wanted to fly together [around the world], till now that hasn�t changed. Even now HIDE�s greatness is being spread around the world. Everyone that has been worried, don�t. I plan to fight this battle. No matter what happens HIDE will always be a member of X Japan.�
