Electro-pop group Perfume is due to release their new single, VOICE, tomorrow, and they have finally announced the details and the cover art for the rare limited version of the single.

This first print limited edition will have a special ticket on the back of it that can be cut out and sent in as an application.� All fans who mail it in will be entered in a lottery to win a special diamond panel that is a photograph from the VOICE music video.� All three members of Perfume will personally sign the panel to the fan, with the winning fan's name on it.

Also, from the lottery entrants, they will choose 100 fans to win original Perfume goods not available anywhere else.� Further instructions on how to enter this special lottery will be available in the limited edition.
