Last month, avex had a mysterious website that featured Aoi and Ryohei from MEGAMASO. Earlier today the site finally opened and Aoi announced on his blog with some exciting news for fans.

Aoi is in a new unit with former and original member of Ayabie, Ryohei - "Aoi & Ryohei incl. Ayabie MEGAMASO". �The two of them held a surprise event at Shinjuku Station Square and announced that they will release their fist single, "Monochrome" on February 16, 2011. Aoi is on an indefinite hiatus from Ayabie, but fans should feel relieved with this announcement.



No other information has been released as of yet. But you can watch them on Nico Nico Douga in the Visual Kei corner.
