Pop Show Japan, a group dedicated to bringing Japanese pop culture to America, has organized a special tribute concert to producer Nujabes.
Seba Jun, also known as Nujabes, was a prolific hip-hop producer and DJ who died tragically in a car accident on February 26th. �He was only 36 years old when he passed away.
The event, titled "Peaceland: A World Without Words," will feature performances from Bop Alloy (Substantial & Marcus D), Pase Rock, Emancipator, and Apani B, all MCs and DJs who had the opportunity to work with the talented producer.
The first ever American tribute event to Nujabes will take place on February 17th at Bobby McKey's Night Club in National Harbor, Maryland. Tickets will be $15 to attend the concert, which begins at 8:00 PM and ends at 2:00 AM the next day.
