Kabuki actor, Nakamura Kantarou (29), and actress Maeda Ai (27) delivered their first baby at the hospital on February 22nd. Both mother and child are said to be healthy.

The couple happily wrote, �On February 22nd at 16:40, our first son was born. Both mom and baby are healthy, which is a relief. This is our first time being parents so we�re filled with happiness as well as feeling a sense of responsibility. Since we�re inexperienced, please help guide us from now on�.

Nakamura and Maeda got married on October 28, 2009. Kantarou�s father is kabuki actor Nakamura Kanzaburou (55).
