Singer�Nishikawa Takanori (T.M.Revolution) will be starring in the upcoming drama, "Okusama wa 18sai", and this will be the first drama in which Nishikawa is the lead star.

"Okusama wa 18sai" is a remake of a big hit drama (originally a manga written by Kimura Miyoko) from 1970, starring Ishidate Tetsuo, who has since passed away in 2007, and Okazaki Yuki. �It was extremely popular back when it first released, and the remake is looking to achieve similar results.

It's a love comedy between a high school Japanese teacher and a student who are secretly a married couple. �Nishikawa will be playing the teacher, Takagi Tetsuya, while actress�Natsuna plays the wife/student, Asuka. �According to the participants, it will re-create the appeal of the original, but also aim to modernize it.

There will be a total of four episodes for the drama, and it will start on March 27th on "Fuji Television TWO".
