Ex-SURFACE member Shiina Yoshiharu has announced that he will be releasing his first album on July 8th!

The album, titled "RABBIT-MAN", will be Shiina's debut album as a solo artist. He had previously been the vocalist of the band SURFACE, but went solo after the band broke up last year. The title comes from the fact that Shiina himself was born in the year of the rabbit, but also represents an easygoing man who can have fun through the dark and difficult times.

"RABBIT-MAN" will be produced by Yamaguchi Hiroo, who had previously produced Shiina's mini-album. Guitarists Tomomori Shouichi, Fujii Kenji (The Birthday), and Machida Masahiro (100s), as well as drummers Tom Tomada (100s) and Yoshida Yoshifumi (TRICERATOPS) also participated in the recording of Shiina's first album.
