Open-air rock festival, "Inazuma Rock Fes 2011", hosted by Nishikawa Takanori, will be held on September 17th and 18th at Karasuma Peninsula Shibafu Hiroba (lawn open space) in Shiga Prefecture.

This is the third year for "Inazuma Rock Fes", and Nishikawa, who is from Shiga prefecture, started this community-based festival with the local�government�for the�purposes of�environmental protection for Lake Biwa and�regional development.

Every year, the artists who are also from Shiga, and artists who are friends with Nishikawa, make appearances.

The first announcement of artist line-up will be revealed in May.
